Special note from SWS President David Jones

          
"I was really proud of our 100m individual runners (James L., Scott W., Nate S., and John C.) Next, I can’t begin to communicate the significance of those that ran for SWS for the first time at Penn Relays - Kevin Dillworth, Blair DeSio, Leon Bullard, Derrick McKinley, Andre Millar, LaTricia Dendy, Deaneth Edwards, Lillian Awidi, & Isabelle Dierauer.

I thoroughly enjoyed yelling for the ladies on the team that looked amazing and the M50 fellas. You all represented us well. I have never had a reason to stay late on Friday night until now. All of us in the stands enjoyed every minute.

I want to congratulate the official Penn Relays plaque recipients for this year – John Cormier, Paul Brown, and Nate Sickerson. A Penn Relays plaque is a special award given to individuals for continued participation at Penn Relays and longevity with the team. In addition, the support via texts from members watching on FloTrack or looking at live results was amazing.

Special thanks to Jamie Mulazim , Linda Carty, and Clinton Aruelien for their tremendous efforts to make sure the teams had everything it needed to run and video footage to celebrate. Your personal sacrifice was noticed by us all."
